RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Cutie Pie, we want you to love every purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.
Returns:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once we receive the returned items, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.
